Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

These people have no customer service skills and are more worried about lunch then informing customers they will call your reference with a bunch of stupid questions. What amazes me is that they don't understand that people will not give information over the phone to somebody calling out of the blue. The they lied about what happened when I

called to ask questions. Stupid, ignorant, absolutely no customer service skills and wayyyyy more interested in lunch then telling the truth or making a sale. Stay away from this crew, go somewhere else and put them out of business.

I sent an email the same day this happened, received no response within the 24 hour time frame and sent another  48 hours later.  We went to another company that appreciates our business.
