Aaron's Sales And Lease Not following the law, harassing and rude Round Rock Texas

I have dealt with Aarons for a number of years with a satisfactory hsitory until this past year. Changes in mamagement has proved to be less than desirable. Although my contrat said that we have a 3 day grace period in order to pay our account, they start calling 3-4 times a day on the first day it is due. I work for a state agency and we are paid on the first working day of the month not necessarily the fist physical day of the month. then with the new policies from the Payment Card Industries regarding the storing of credit card information they continue to store copies our credit card information in order for us to be able to call and make a payment . This information is in our files and available to anyone who works there. I had given them a card card number back a year or more ago but the form is also marked do not run without authorization as this card is not even on my personal account. I have alsways made my payments to this company or I would not have been able to rent from them for so many years. I had asked them to remove this card number from their records and had given them a card number that was my own.
Yesterday they ran the old card number that they were to have removed from the records taking 232.37 of my ex-husbands money. I also deal with another company called Rent-A-Center and they tell me it is against the law for them to store my credit card number and that every time I call in I will have to give the number of the card I am ussing. Why is against the law for Rent-A-Center to store this information but yet Aarons still stores this information.
My job requires me to travel some and when I return home there is at least 30 calls a week to my home, work and cell phone. As soon I return home I call them. I am not trying to avoid them but if I am not home top get the messages stop telling me that they need a phone by the end of the day.
