Ab Coaster Bate and Switch Fairfield New Jersey

I ordered the commercial quality ab coaster for my small workout facility and was sent the home version weeks and weeks later. After calling and complaining I was told that there wasn't much difference between the commercial and home models and was talked into keeping the home version.

The said they would adjust my payments to reflect the price difference between the models....all lies they charge my account the extra 20.00 for months. When the amount of the home version was reached I had my cc company change my card number so they wouldn't be able to charge the price for the commercial one. I have called numerous times to fix the problem, at first they acted as if it would be fixed and never did anything. I think that this so unprofessional. If I didn't take matters into my own hands I would have been ripped off for 300.00. Poor customer service everytime I called I was mysteriously disconected...oh let me add I am now in collections.

Oh, let me add, my "commercial" grade machine's pads are all worn and cracked....go figure...I think even the home machine's parts should last more that 8 months. I understand mistakes are commonly made but a company should fix their mistakes.
