Once the TV was order and a confirmation was received for $1,996 a receipt was sent with an additional $388.00 for "Insurance:. I looked back and clicked on their shipping disclosure. Two thirds of the way down the page they mention "there may be additional insurance charges".

WHY NOT CLEARLY ADD THE CHARGE BEFORE FINALIZING THE ORDER? BECAUSE MAYBE I WOULD NOT PURCHASE THE ITEM!! CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!!

NOW ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE...
