I ordered a deluxe camera bundle which included a camera body and two Nikon lenses.  "Ted" called me the next day and tried to upsell me a bunch of other stuff.  It took me twenty minutes to get him off the phone and the whole time he acted like he was doing me a favor.  This should have been my first clue about their integrity or lack thereof.  Should have cancelled the order right then but it seemed like such a great deal.

When the order arrived I was dismayed to find the wrong lens was sent.  Instead of sending a Nikkor AF-S 70-300 lens with vibration reduction (a $495.00 lens) they sent another Nikkor 70-300 lens without vibration reduction (a $170.00 lens).  After sitting on hold for twenty minutes I finally got a borderline rude person on the phone named "Lisa".  She tried to tell me the package included the cheaper lens and pointed out a list in a box of what was included where it listed the cheaper lens.  I pointed out that the actual product description listed the nicer lens as being included and the picture shows the nicer lens too.  She feigned ignorance and couldn't find what I was talking about until I offered to send screenshots.  The bundle title was misleading also as it said "Nikon D750 with two Nikkor AF-S lens bundle" while the lens they sent was not an AF-S lens.  After arguing for about ten minutes she finally said she would have to see what she could do and call me back.  No apologies or reassurances that they would make it right.  She got very defensive when I said what they did was shady.

"Lisa" called me back later that afternoon to offer me a two year warranty or a different lens as the one I wanted was backordered.  The lens she offered was also much lower quality.  I told her I would take the other lens and she said she would send out an RMA.  No apology still and she said they were offering it because of a typo.  Fast forward three days and I still hadn't received anything.  I left a review which wasn't published on the website and filed a claim with BBB.  I finally received the RMA AFTER filing the BBB report but at this point I decide I am done with these scammers and will just try to sell the unwanted lens myself privately.  Additionally, all the extras in the bundle (filters, tripod, memory card etc...) were cheap junk that I will end up throwing away.  The website is still misleading people and has not taken down the inaccurate picture or item description.  If a deal seems too good to be true then it must be and I learned this the hard way.  Avoid these scammers at all cost!
