I certainly would prefer that I had gotten a refund but with the attitude of this company's so called "family rep" it goes without much thought that it will never be. This company uses 3 levels of initial coercion upon hopeful consumers to garner a membership fee. The lie specific to my case which makes their company thieves in fact, is that I was told by ATCrep#1 that I needed to file my reply to a custody case in effect already soon as possible, I told her the next court date which I could not attend in another state, she never informed me that there was a 15 day limit and I went ahead (I never knew my child's other parent had filed till 12 days late) this limit was luckily possible to override as the Judges in such cases usually adjourn and hope for the "missing" parent's response. Again court was out of my state, they tried to serve me at the address my ex provided where I fled due to domestic violence with my child however he found me and took her. ATCrep#2 and ATCrep#1 both guaranteed that it would be fine to make payments for the file which I was paying and making a membership TO BE FILED IMMEDIATELY (time constraints again it was also past 15 days which they never informed me and this was their field they did not need to be lawyers to know so it is their business basis) ATCrep#3 who was the family rep told me pay in full or no service and likened my expectations to that of taking a product off the shelf in a store without paying. Plainly a contract stating the consumer's expectations and ATC's compliance to honor such needs to be the only binding business procedure allowed "here" OTHERWISE they restate fee amounts and never refer to actual services and time frames promised with payment scheduled accordingly which would still be a loss to consumer when promises fail but there would not be a full payment made. If they mowed my side lawn, I paid, they quit the rest then I find it all looks bad before I could get proper skilled help. If aboutthechildren cannot do business children are out.

    I do not care should this company refute my complaint.  I know what they offer which is one and only one service, i.e. initially file or respond to a custody case coverage for 30 days ATC should not have lied to me saying they would stick with me through court correspondence ONLY within that time.  Should I recieve over months more correspondence from the court case and needed help perhaps 3 or 4 times past 30 days for completion this would have all been futile.  Yet their full price should more than cover filing and then perhaps 5 or so more documents if necessary. Their actual advice or support center is an additional $25 which has nothing to do with services a full membership offers for completing the custody court process but does not deliver after 30 days.
