I purchased this cheapticket package with all false information given to me and upon receiving it I made several phone calls and sent it bback the whole package to Cheaptrips in P.O Box 4500 Sunvalley, Id. 83353 as was directed to do.
I have been calling them ever since and have been given all kinds of answers. Lately when I call a guy answers and puts you through to billing department and they do not answer phone but ask you to leave a message and so I do but they never call you. I have called many times with same thing happening.
I had charged my on the American Express card so guess will rPlease tell me what I can do.
