Ace Depot Sold me the wrong item from that which was represented, lied and promiced to rectify the matter but never did. NorthVale, New Jersey

Approximately October 24, 2010 I Purchased a second paper tray for a xerox copier From Acedepot, a company who also does business on ebay. As a matter of fact, I purchased the item on ebay. I received the item but did not attempt to install it right away, big mistake. Some weeks later I tried to install the item only to find out that the paper tray was not the correct item. The Tray which was displayed on The company's site or ebay store page, was the correct item, however the company rep/owner sent the wrong item. I quickly notified the company and received a response that I would receive the correct item directly from the xerox company. weeks passed and I did not receive the correct item. I kept sending emails and asking where was my item and I even asked the company rep what to do with the wrong tray that he sent to me. The response was, to hold on to it in the meantime.

The company rep just kept stringing me along, but it was to late to turn the matter over to Paypal or ebay's problem resolution dept because the time limit had expired. I believe that the company owner/rep intentionally kept stringing me along as to exaust the time limit to resolve the matter as I explained above. I spent $116.72 dollars for the paper tray, and this crook stole my money.  I lost count as to the number of emails I sent to this company about getting satisfaction. The response was, call me anytime, I did not call because I wanted a record of all correspondence regarding this matter, and why did he need to talk to me, he knew that he had ripped me off, and all was need  was to issue a refund to my paypal account. As it is now, I still have this d*mn paper tray that is useless and that crook has my money. The store website is the sam as the one he is using on his ebay page, www.Acedepot.com
