ADECCO MY CONCACT IRENE SOTO KNEW THE TYPE OF JOB I WAS LOOKING FOR. SHE CALLED ME ABOUT A JOB AND I THOUGHT THAT WE WERE DISCUSSING THE JOB THAT I HAD WANTED. DROVE 27 MILES TO ANOTHER OFFICE FOR WRONG JOB. DESPERATE RECRUITER, IRENE SOTO COMPLETE LIAR AND VERY DECEPTIVE. I WAS TO TRAVEL NO MORE THAN 20 MI. THE JOB AT HAND WAS ALMOST 35 MI. IN TRAFFIC. NOT EVEN THE JOB THAT I APPLIED FOR. SHE DECEIVED ME ARLINGTON, Texas

Ms. Irene Soto seemed very nice during our first phone call, i had not met her at this time. She called one day after i had applied on line for a job with ADECCO, i was granted an interview with a company that i knew that i had wanted to work for. i believe i had an interview on a wednesday and was told by the person that interview me that she would be making a decision by the following week on friday. well needless to say ms. soto did not inform me that i was not selected because i had worked for the previous company before they were purchased by the new company. very unprofessional, all she was looking for was to make a dime and didn't care to inform me of the companies decision.

Anyway ms. soto decided to give me a call about a week later to discuss another position with another company, i was happy that she called and listened to everything she said. ms. soto told me what the pay was and the hours and days and had explained that saturdays were mandatory. she told me that i had to be at orientation that same day by 2:45 pm, i as there by 2:06 pm. people were starting to show up and were telling me what they were their for, funny thing is most of them had worked at the company that i was also going to except it wasn't the job that ms. soto had described to me at all. i signed up to be a mailroom associate within the mortgage field not to work in a warehouse putting together and packaging cell phones.

i call ms soto whe i got back home after making a round trip of 54 miles my contract said that i would drive 20 miles plus the job was at least 8 miles further that where i did my orientation. any we had a he said she said which she is totally lying. so i would never advise anyone that i know to deal with these incompetent people, i sure as hell won't. oh! and if you have a felony and i do from almost 13 years ago never went to prision and spent 10 years on probation very successful and have moved on with my life. i have a fantastic wife for 23 years, we have a beautiful home and we have our own dirt track racing team here in texas. my wife and i are co-owners and she is my crew chief and i drive and do all of the mechanic work on the car myself. so for ms. soto and her friends at adecco in ft. worth texas even if i don't work for adecco my life is still better than most of yours and i know this for a fact. i could tell by the way most of the staff were dressed that some of you are just a step away from trailor trash, and some of you probably are. so for MS. IRENE SOTO REMEMBER TO KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND KEEP THAT SMILE ON YOUR FACE.
