ADT Security Failure to provide promised rebate and referral cash Internet, Nationwide

Salesmen promised a 100 dollar rebate, and also stated that both our friend that refered us would  and we would receive a 50 dollar referral bonus. System has now been installed over a month and we have seen no rebate or referral bonus. When we call the company to ask about it, they know nothing about it. 

When we call the sales person to ask where its at, he says he has to check with his manger and promised he would email us. No email, no calls, nothing.  Calling customer service gets me no where. They have a link for tracking rebates. They have no record of a rebate listed for me.  The system itself works fine, I just want the money that was promised us as part of the sales pitch.
