They pulled a credit report without my authorization. I was completing the application, when I noticed that they asked for my authorization, I did not sign and exited the site, not giving ANY authorization. When I questioned them, a representative by the name of Minh-Minh D. initially responded that they did not pull a credit report. When I explained to her that they in fact did without my authorization(as noted by the bureaus), she explained it as a "soft pull" and denied that they pulled my report.
After 10 additional emails, she sends me a copy of their blank application page that does not state anything about pulling someone's credit without authorization. I then asked her for the legal team contacts so I could further pursue the matter, yet I could not ever get a response.
As far as I am concerned, the company is deceiving, they do not care about any authorization and just do what they want to finance people.
