Aflac Won't pay out anthing on my Cancer Policy Tampa Florida

My wife was diagnosed with Stage II Squamous Cell Carcinoma and received radiation therapy which was brutal.  I thought to myself, "Well, at least I can take off of work to care for her because I have this Cancer policy with Aflac."  I took a hiatus from work and drove her to and from her treatments every day, sometimes even twice a day.  The treatment was brutal.  Meanwhile, I called Aflac at least once a day for a month and a half.  They kept coming back with, this is missing or that is missing from your documentation.  They asked for documentation that we didn't even have.  They asked for a pathology report that did not exist.  The pathology report was the FIRST THING I submitted.  My rent is due in two days and after that we are facing eviction.  Still I have yet to even receive an answer as to if they are even going to pay anything out on the policy at all.  Don't go with this company or any supplemental insurance company.  They don't care about making good on their promises.  They know we are facing eviction and I keep getting the run around.
