aim used auto parts Jeremiah motor 48,000 miles ready to drop in. Motor locked up cylinder rusted tight. uses 1 quart oil per 100 miles, smokes bad tampa Florida

Motor advertized as 48,000 miles and ready to install. would be shipped with no oil or antifreeze. Motor was not secured properly. It fell over during transport. Leaked white oily liquid all over shippers truck and mechanics floor. Motor had cracks in block, which were sealed. motor was locked up and would not turn over to start. one cylinder was badly rusted causing the piston not to move .Jeremiah assured me the motor was good and to work the motor back and forth and it will start. It started and ran good but used a quart of ail a week. Now it uses 1 quart of oil per 100 miles and blows a lot of smoke.They sent me a busted ,rusted locked up motor    smokes and uses oil like crazy. I asked Jeremiah what ever happened to trust me which he said to me 10 times. He said there was nothing he could doabout 4,000.00 .So much for trust I want my money back and the money to install that junk motor and the money to take the junk motor out and the money to install another motor. 4,000.00
