Allen And Associates Outplacement ripoff, didn't deliver on promises , National Marketing Nationwide

Allen and Associates...if you are considering an outplacement firm..LEAVE THEM ALONE..RUN AWAY...HANG UP THAT PHONE!!

They are a complete ripoff.

They do not care about their clients at all. They claim that they "assisted" over 25,000 clients last year. This is in their phone message if you call their toll free number, and are put on hold(which will happen every time). If they did indeed help that many people, how come you can't find anyone one who will vouch for them and how come they don't give you references from thos 25,000 people? Because they can't! They lie! They shade the truth!

They claim to be able to put you in touch with the "right" decision makers within the companies that you want to work for, by sending them a "Broadcast Letter". All it is is a non-job specific cover letter and it is sent the the CEO's and Presidents and the companies. Are you kidding? Will Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Ted Warner contact a person who is looking for a job?

While back here on earth, all these Corporate bigwigs have staff to do the interviewing and hiring. So does this approach work?? If you are the CEO level, maybe because they mat have heard your name within the industry, but if you are anyone else...not in a million years.

And Allen and Associates wants at least $1,000 up front with no gaurantees!! And they claim to have a very high success rate of placing their clients. Sounds very familiar to another company (Haldane $ Associates) who are up on charges in Chicago on over 100 seperate charges.

How can Allen and Associates prove their success rate? Do they call every single client asking them if they have recieved that wonderful job through their campaign with Allen and Associates?

I wonder? Could they stand to listen to the complaints? I think not!

Take from someone in the know, do not spend your money here.

You can do all the work yourself,(or spend a few $'s) to have your resume printed,but it won't cost you anywhere near the amount AAA wants to soak you for.

If you are a current client read this. If you complain long and hard enough, you will get a full refund of your money. Just stick to your guns! They will cave. (They just don't want to be sued)

If you are unlucky enough to be contacted by this company, ask the person on the phone if they have their script memorized yet....the good ones won't miss a beat, but they are few and far between.

RUN AWAY!!
