AMDG amdg education and training they ripped us off stole are money atlanta, Alabama

In August of 07 I borrowed 4,500 to pay for a training school with AMDG they told me if for some reason I didnt want to go to school there I could get a refund so in september when there still was no class and I had found a job I wanted my money back well they said 8 weeks from the day they get my paper work back i would have a refund never got it i called them everyday several times a day they either wouldnt answer the phone or sent me to someone else that didnt answer the phone I got a lawyer who sent them a letter then i got a contract back from them saying i couldnt sue them and they would pay in installments i got to 500 checks and one 200 dollar then nothing i called and called no answer I live in alabama and no lawyer can take the case cause its in a different state i have talked to a lawyer in atlanta but they never called me back they i have been paying payments on this money they owe me back and interest that they also said they would pay some of. I just want my money back what did they do with it as a buisness they should keep up with money better than that.
