I got into a situation where i needed to pay my cell phone bill and o was not ready to pay it. I used my cell phone ivr to make it. I ended up authorizing it 4x, once of them was with an agent. Only one of them posted. I now have 3pending charges that dont need to be there. American Express Bluebird says that they are valid for 7days. That is crazy. I need thar money back like today. What a rip off.
