 it took 13days to try to get them to replace our water heater. they said that it was not an emergency to fix, I do not know what it is that deserves it.we opted to get reimbursed. we will see how long it will take to get our money.

American Home Sheild We've been a customer for 12 months and having had a water heater tank failure, we were told that there would be between 800.00 and 900.00 dollars out of pocket expenses due. Seem the plumber who showed up to diagnose the problem failed to mention all the things that would have to be brought up to code. I , the homeowner had diagnosed the problem. My water heater had a tank failure and I had already begun to drain the tank for removal. Memphis Tennessee

American Home Sheild Sounds like a great idea....DON'T do it. They will be so nice, until you have a claim! Then good luck and when you call to cancel your warenty, they will say they will help but you never get a response back because they get another month fee out of you! Memphis Nationwide Tennessee
