I am having the same problem, I am 1 1/2 months behind and they wont accept a partial payment. I dont even live in the home but because of the high monthly payment (1800.00) and high mortgage Its not feesable for me to rent or sell the home at this time so its sitting empty. They say the home is going up for review for foreclosure Aug 10. I dont know why they would want my home either, because they over appraised it they arent going to make any money off of it?
