AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE ripoff PREDATORY LENDING FRAUD ORANGE California

AmeriQuest Mortgage did a number on us. In Nov,2003 , I recieved a call from AmeriQuest mort. to refinance my home. At that time we were in debt and we needed to do something so we wouldn't lose our home. I been out of work for 4 yrs due to accident and he was the only one bringing in the money to pay the bills. So out
of nowhere they came and I told them don't waste my time if you can't give me what i need to get out of debt,

Well the saleman told me he can help and give me what I needed. So he made big promises to us and large out-of-pocket money, lower int.rate, fixed at 8.55 w/escrow acc. payoff my truck loan so I could afford my mort. Everything was agreed, until the closing in three days after, he put false info on contract, that I owned my own business, had in house appraiser to say my house was worth a large amount.

Well at closing he was to show up and this guy came over didn't let us he was a notary, he closed ,gave us the loan papers, by our surprise not one item on those papers were what we have agreed on and we didn't want to sign them, so he trick us into signing telling us all mistakes will be corrected he rushed us into signing and we couldn't read them. He said he would tell us what each paper was, not knowing we signed a quick claims deed and my husband signed the house over to me, and they gave me the loan and I dont work. We didn't get any paperwork until closing and some were blanks. There was no quick claims deed in our packet, 10 days later money was put into our acc.and not the amount we were to get, it was so much less. He said someone made a mistake and the rest would be put into the account.

It never was. The truck was never paid, we got stuck with 3 yr. pre-penaltys, adjustable rate, higher rate,no escrow acc. and now we are in debt more than before and we don't want to lose our home. We need help and I want to get them for what they have do to hard working people. They need to pay for cheating people.

If there is someone in florida that could come foward to help, maybe a ex-employee that knows the scam they pull on people, please WE NEED YOU TO HELP US. I hope this story will help someone from AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE CREEPS. PLEASE COME FORWARD,EVEN OTHER CONSUMERS TAKEN IN BY THEM. THANKS
