Ameriquest Ripoff They are not giving me credit for the payments I make and forcing me into foreclosure Santa Ana California

I currently have a loan with Ameriquest. Nightmare. Everymonth it seems they have messed up on my loan and I get a call telling me that I am sixty days late and I was even put into foreclosure. I have all the bank statements, records to prove that I am current. Please help me! Is this a Scam to get their money faster? Because of an accounting error they put my property in fore closure. The way I learned of it is I started getting phone calls and letters from people who wanted to buy my property. I was current on my loan! I called the company they said their was a payment dispute and they put my foreclosure on hold. I took time off work went to my bank got all the statements that I needed. Wrote a letter to Ameriquest and sent in all the evidence. When I would call into talk to someone about it they said that there was only one person handling my loan. That is the only person that they would let me talk to and despite the fact that I would leave the best time to reach me she would not return my calls.

On top of all that, I received a letter from Ameriquest telling me that they would be unable to answer my correspondance that I had sent for sixty days. Also they were holding my current payment because they said they don't take payments when people are in foreclosure. Well one day I called and demanded to speak to a real person. Finally they put me through to a man who listened. He say that there was an accounting error and had the person who had eluded me for 15 days call me the next day. She said there was an accounting error and that they had given my payment to someone else's accounts. I asked her for a letter of an apology for putting me into foreclosure and she said that I would have to speak to a person in another department for that.

But that is not all.. It still hasn't ended. I recently received a letter from them that still has the incorrect payment history and they still claim that I am sixty days late.. HELP!!! Is this a scam? Do they put people into foreclosure so they can collect all their money early? I would like to know who else out there has had this experience with them
