Angel Stevens Process At Home Refuse to give refund even though it was requested way before the trail period was over. Internet

i asked for a refund after i have purchased the program online. i bought it in may and started asking for a refund in june. but they kept asking me to call this number and when i did, they always could not find my records or their system is down or i get referred to another number to all and can never get through or they give you a reference number and still never give you a refund.

i started off emailing them for a refund and they asked for the invoice which i sent to them over and over again and again and i kept getting this reply saying it was sent to the relevant department. it has been 7 months now and i still have not gotten a refund.

I have records of my email chain which i sent them and their replies and no replies at all.
