I am going to make this short, I purchased a $5000 Package from Ashley Furniture Home Store, They charged me $325 for shipping alone, besides the tax ect.. I received the products two weeks later. The chair was damaged, and we had to call and let them know. Upon further inspection, we found other problems with the dresser, we contacted them right away and they sent "technicians" who supposedly know what they are doing to fix the problem, but they could not.

After two attempts and 4 months of wait, I gave up and told them to come pick up their stuff, unfortunately it doesn't work like that since I was beyond the return policy. At the same time I was noticing the sofas and cushions are getting flattened out and when you sit on the sofa you almost literally sink in. I called them about that too and they said to call the warranty company.

After contacting the warranty company and providing all the info, my claim was DENIED. They told me to go back to Ashley. At this point I feel like I been ripped another hole, because of the overcharge on the shipping and the poor quality of their products and services. I wish I had known, or looked on the net before buying such products.

I would not recommend anyone to buy anything at Ashley Home furniture store, I would stay away from their products and their stores. I am stuck with a 5K credit card bill and very low quality furniture. Do your home work and do not even bother buying from such outlets as they are bait and switch operations that work on commission and suck every hard earned dollar out of you.

The bottom line, Take my word and Stay away, because til today my problems are not resolved with them. The thing that bothers me most is the quality of their products and services, and in today's world if you don't offer good products to be backed by good service then you don't deserve my business.
