I was having problems logging online with both of my Nokia 3595 cell phones. I decided to call the customer service and see if there were any problems in my area. They told me "no". They told me it had to be my phone's that were messing up.

After being on the phone with them for 2 nights, for 4 hrs a night they decided to send me 2 referbished phones to see if this would solve the problem. I got the phones the next day. In the mean time, they had me drive across town to the AT&T dealer here in town to see if the service was working. I logged on to the internet with their phone's just fine. So, I went home and tried to log on again. It did not solve the problem.

I was on the phone again with them for another 4+ hrs running thru the same routine of checking this and that on the phone, being on hold, being transfered, and seeing if the network was working in my area. They told me again that it had to be my phones were bad. They sent me another pair of refurbished phones to replace the two refurbished phones they had sent before. In the mean time, I was to go to this other Dealer that supposably repair's AT&T phones in my area and have them take a look at my original phone.

The dealer told me that they weren't even set up yet to do the work on AT&T phones and they wouldn't be for quite some time. Needless to say I was very upset at this point. This would be the 5th day of being on the phone with them checking the settings, being on hold, being transfered, checking the network to see if it was working, telling them the whole story all over again. I had asked them almost every time I called to check the network to see if it was working. We came up with nothing.

They transfered me to warrenty once again to try to send me out 2 more phones and I would have to call the next day to make arrangements for this. I called again the next day only to be told they would not send out any more phones until they found the problem. Two hours later they decided the network was down in my area and there was nothing they could do until a worker got out in this area to check on it. I asked her what they were going to do about the hours and hours I spent on the phone with them. She said there was nothing they could do. I asked why did you not tell me the first night I called that the network was down.

I had also asked to speak with a supervisor several times during my phone calls only to be put on hold while they talked to the supervisor. They would not let me speak directly to a supervisor. They just told me they had a ticket filled out on it and I would just have to wait until it was fixed. And to think I am PAYING for this service.

I spent a total of 6 days on the phone for hours to find out it was there problem. They made no effort to make it right with me for the hours and hours I spent on the phone when I could have been spending with my family. I will never get that time back. I have been a customer of there's for many years and have brought alot of business to them and this is the thanks I get. I hope I never have to call there customer service ever again.
