Axsys National Bank ruined my credit score with a charge-off that was a balance that was paid in full. St.cloud Sioux Falls South Dakota

I had went through Fingerhut to buy the product and they used Axsys National Bank to finance my purchase.Well everything was fine until I started getting late statements that had late fees attached for $20 or more.
So I started paying them my regular months payment,but it started to not be enough to cover the late charges.So I couldnt afford to pay them there new "minimum amount due" anymore so I was hung to dry by them..

So then they sent me to a collection agency,I paid off the balance they settled with me, $500 or more roughly, and they ruined my credit with an Incomplete-9, or worst score you can get, by saying I still owe them roughly $290 after the settlement agreement that is on my credit till this day. I cant even buy a pack of bubble gum on credit, thanks to them.
