A insurance policy that covers nothing, the title of this should be RUN FOREST RUN

My apartment was flooded from the apartment above, the damage was huge as the water ran from a water supply line at the toilet.  It ran for at least 2 hours.

Echelon Group Management company was no better at this. Had they answered thier emergency # the damage would have not continued as long as it did.

Back to Balaboa, you file the claim, they send out thier insurance adjustor, and then the beginning of the end. Balaboa sends you a 2 page letter stating the Colorado law on insurance fraud claims of 2 pages long stating how they will prosecute you for falisified claim.  Granted you just had about 1400 gallons of water dumped on you and they intimidate you this BS.  Now you jump through thier hoops, fill out thier property info forms, dig through receipts, and listen to them tell you they are reviewing your claim to get the facts.  You have been paying them for all this coverage your agent sold you that covers nothing!!! I mean nothing except pretty much theft and you will go through the wringer washer for that I'm sure. FIRE, pipes, water, flood, hail freezing, is NOT COVERED.  What did they sell me, well if my 3 pound dog bites someone its covered.  How in the world do people sleep at night!!!!!

WARNING WARNING, STAY CLEAR OF THIS INSURANCE COMPANY YOU PAY FOR NOTHING!!!!

They are the worst insurance company i have ever seen in all my 55 years!!
