bauer investigations non - payment for services New Mexico

I was contacted by Bauer Investigations and hired last year. I have done some investigations in Arizona for this company and each time they ran late on their invoices. The last case I worked for Bauer Investigations was in Aug of 2013 for which i still havent been paid for. When asked when they will pay the invoice they will say that they have every intentions on paying the invoices but never get a date on when. Now the owner of Bauer Investigations, Grant Bauer, will not answer his cell phone, work phone and he is never in his office. Today i will be contacting the New Mexico Board and Commissions and the IRS. I warn every investigator across the U.S. not to do business with Bauer Investigations. If you do chances are they will find some excuse not to pay or delay your payment.
