contacted consumer affairs and attorney general office i am waiting for a response. what i would like to know is how Fishman and company pc. can isolate themsevles from this so called client. i was skeptical about the each agreement but when i questioned my bank they said like neal the escrow agent was there for my protection. called them today was told i was on refund list i was number 55 and no one has been paid since october. if anyone has plan of recourse i would appreciate hearing from you also i will be willing to help formulate a plan. thanx in advance!
