I cancelled my free trial and was told that I had been issued a refund on 9/11 and it would take up to 3 business days to show up in my account. On the 16th, I was told again that they had issued a refund that day, but no such refund has been made either day. They have quit answering my emails, from the looks of it, and I'm assuming that disputing with my bank will be the only option I have - which I did today. Please, be careful with this company, because this is ridiculous.
