Body Of Change I did have a good trainer, always on time, always made the appt. THEY FIRED HIM! ripoff Mesa, Chandler Arizona

My husband signed up for personal training with body of change but he kept running into the issue of trainers not showing up and they kept quitting left and right so he was unable to use them. During this whole time they continue to charge him though!

What he did was transfer the sessions to me. One of my friends joined me and we found a great trainer that would work with both of us without charging! It was awesome! We actually started to see results with being able to constantly workout for at least 6 months.

That all ended abruptly when they fired our trainer because he didn't always wear his BOC shirt or he didn't write our stuff out in our file but did for us. It was a stupid reason to us why he was fired. The worst part was that we lost our time slots, they didn't have trainers available to train us anymore and we lost the rest of the training sessions that we already paid for because "they expire!"

Here is a company that is supposed to care about helping you reach your physical goals but if you don't use all your sessions in the alloted time they take your money and run! I was using them too, it wasn't that I stopped going to my sessions, they just expired and if I wanted to continue I would have to pay more, they wouldn't give me what I already paid for!

This company is a total ripoff. They can't provide quality anything and you should never give your money to them!
