Boost Mobile ripoff billing Internet

I bought my daughter a boost mobile phone for her use. I usually would go to the nearest store that provided the boost mobile cards. One day I was dead tired and didn't feel like getting up to go get her a new card. She told me I could used my Chase bankcard to have minutes added to her phone. I said okay and called the company.

The person I talked to had a very heavy accent. It was hard for him to understand me and me to understand him. First warning I should have hung up, but my daughter with her puppydog eyes was looking so sad cause she wanted to chirp her friend in another state who was going thru Chemo.

I went ahead and gave him my bankcard info. Three weeks later my card was overdrawn. I thought I must have not recorded a purchase and forgot about it. Then I received my bank statement. There were about 4 charges I didn't understand. I called my bank and was told the charges stem from boost mobile. I call boost, the csr said yes they show charges. I ask why and she said when the time ran out, my card was automatically recahrged the 15.00. I asked why did they retain my card when I specifally told the young man this was a one time purchase. It said the csr told me that the bankcard would be charged everytime my daughter needed minutes.

Finally I asked for a supervisor. I asked that since i was not made aware of the recharges to put my all of my money back on my bankcard. He refused and I asked for the corporate address. I sent a complaint but never heard. I cancelled my bankcard.

Beware of Boost they have poor customer service reps and poor customer saisfaction for customers.
