My name is Sandra W Freemount and April 23, 2017 my husband George Gillis purchase an HTC one A9 no contract phone for me for Mother's Day through HSN.Con at the time of purchase it stated No contract on the sight of HSN so he purchase it for me because I have cancer and all my numbers to all my doctors and hospital are in the phone under my cricket carrier that i want to keep I had cricket for 5 years so when he activated the phone he had no idea it was a Boost phone it gave 1 month free and then you gotta stay with them for 12 months Ihate boost and sprint and their employees are rude and all about the money I spoke to justin, Ingrid and Nicki at 1-888-266-7848 they call themselves trying to make me look stupid i didn't ask for boost or a free month free so Nicki gave me an unlock code MSL#744523 she knew it would not unlock the phone but she did it to get me off the phone my husband and I stayed on the phone from 2:30 pm yesterday until 8:00 pm trying and begging them to unlock the phone please we are not under contract with boost or sprint but; they are hoping we will forget that our first payment is due June 1 2017 I hope all of them rott in hell for the way they treated us if someone paid me 1 million dollars to keep boost i would refuse it i had the company the owner for allowing the s**t and i hate the employees as well ; they need Jesus and more training why would I make them eat pork if they are vegeterians so cruel; I am calling the news station her in Houston on Monday so that they can come out and get my statement and put me on television so I can show and tell them how we were treated Boost your company stinks i can smell you from where you are if no one likes your services just unlock the d**n phone you are a bunch of idiots i would s**t buttons and bricks just to stay with Cricket the best company and best customer service the phone cost my husband $249.00 it for my mother's day so sad that it is beingruin by some bigots and Liars ima make sure everyone I know that has boost just drop their services and go to cricket wireless I would not pay boost $50 a month for their stinking service for all the money in the world but Jesus will fix it just watch ; my sims card has all my hospital contact and doctors and specialists too many that I would have to call all of them to give out a new # s*** on BOOST you guys really suck I HATE BOOST AND WHOM EVER OWNS BOOST YOU ARE A PIECE OF CRAP AS WELL!! yeah yall gave me a f*** up # 832-375-1608
