Boost Mobile Sprint Twas A Thief Before Christmas Boron California

I made payment on my account on 11-1-13. My balance was 155.80. The company stole my money stating I did not make a payment within the 90 day period for my funds to be taken. I still had one month before expiration. On 11-28 Boost/ Sprint took all of my money, Merry Christmas! I spoke with customer service who stated they could not do anything due to the fact my account did not show funds. They transfered me to accounts payments,that department traced the payment back to the account and stated it was applied.

Unfortunatly they could not help due to it being the wrong department. I had to speak with customer service. Customer service still will not help and states I need to speak with account payments. I have been doing this for about a week and have non stop been e-mailing. The website states to be "Heard" Obviously, they do not listen. They reply to every e-mail the same way word for word like a machine. I have filed with BBB, theft charges with the bank and will be continuing. This company is crooked thieves.
