Brakes Plus Stole my time Centennial Colorado

I made an online appointment to repair my brakes for 1 PM July 3, 2018 and was told it should be ready by 5. Found out my vehicle wasn't even inspected until 4 PM. I got a call from the General Manager, Travis Collins, at 5 PM I specifically asked the manager if it would be ready that night before he started work and he said yes.

The place closes at 6 PM. I showed back up before 6 PM and the wheels and brakes were off my truck, but no one was working it. Seems their scheme is to breakdown your brakes and then you are stuck because you have no options to get up and drive away. It took until 8:30 PM for them to finally get me my vehicle back. My time is valuable and having Brakes Plus waste my time is a crime. 7.5 hours for a brake job is completely unacceptable and waiting 2.5 hours past their posted closing time is completely unacceptable. (What Travis didn't bother to tell me was that they would stay until they completed the job and that the 6 PM closing time was not the time they would be done). Liars and thieves would be a fair description.
