I signed up for a trial offer on this porn site called brazzers.com. I had 48 hours to cancel to avoid a charge of 39.95. I did cancel the very next day and recieved confirmation. They ended up charging my credit card anyways. When i contacted them, they first told me that i did not cancel my account. They later sent me an e-mail stating that i did not cancel all my accounts!!! ALL?? i only opened one and canceled one. They are trapping people into beliving that they can view their website for a dollar and will not be charged if cancelled. Then charge them and say they signed up for multipule sights. This is a scam and they are getting away with it. Who do i contact about this.. help!!!

The hidden box

Companies will often use a "hidden" check box with one or more separate offers. These come at their own price but can be unchecked if you catch them. They are normally prechecked by default.

This may have happened to you. You should go through the same page or process to look for this hidden offer check box to be sure.

You can contact your card holder to file against them, but the website may blacklist you if they have to pay a chargeback. Catch 22

1) "Brazzers" is a website devoted to violent pornography, depicting women as pseudo-willing victims of violent sex acts. And you expected them to have any integrity?

2) Had you read the fine print, you would have seen where you were actually getting "trial memberships" to affiliate sites and that those needed to be canceled too.

3) If you really want to, just file a chargeback on your card, you'll need to tell the bank what kind of site it was etc, but you'll most likely win. These companies count on you not saying anything rather than let people know what you do behind closed doors,
