Needed a covert security camera for an installation and do not normally like to do things in a rush fashion. However, I was assured by the CSR of this company that what I ordered was complete and ready to go out of the box. When it arrived it came with no instructions. I had to email the company for the instructions then I needed to run out and buy an adapter that was needed to view the video and set up the camera. Why this could not have been included with the product or mentioned anywhere in the product description is beyond me. Got all of the necessary components and the camera does not work and was advised that it is probably defective. Cannot believe that a company with such poor products and service is allowed to be in business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
