Bryan Ryan Offer to sell & ship Morkie for $250 from Wisconsin to AZ Wisconsin Internet

Found online ad for Female Morkie located in Litchfield, AZ for $250. Texted the person and he would not return my calls, only text me.

I asked for pictures and original link for the puppy & if we could see the puppy in person. He then informed me that he was in Wisconsin for the loss of his son and some project he was working on. Sent several text messages tryting to sound concerned for well being of the dog. I explained that I was mislead I thought he was in AZ, then explained that I would not pay a penny over asking price. He then offered to send for FREE.

I asked how he proposed for me to pay and he said Western Union. I said, "so you get the $ and I don't get the dog?" Then told him, "I'm out." He apologized for wasting my time and I was not able to find the original link online, nor would he send it to me.
