This Burger King Resturaunt Is A Disgrace To The Entire Chain After realizing What it is they do to their customers I know for a fact I will never eat here again. On multiple occasions this burger king goes the extra mile to charge you for additional condiments in which they rarely even put on your food!

If you charge 300 people .50 cents for cheese on a whopper and then they get get home and there is no cheese that's stealing thats $150 that they are stealing from customers and this happens on numerous occasions.

On top of that they charge you .25 cents for honey mustard if you don't buy chicken tenders? Who are they to determine what it is that you eat with what? Yesterday I went to this burger king and I was even finished asking for my condiments Jenny the manager slammed the window in my face? What kind of customer service Is that .

Isn't burger kings slogan something like have it your way? I blew my horn and told her my issue nicely and she reslammed the window in my face and walked away she was the manager at that who do u report her to? I work in the business if dealing with people and if I had that attitude I wouldn't have a job! I really feel let down by burger king :(

And I've never been a racist but how do you hire all Spanish speaking people who get upset with you because they don't understand any English? I want my money back and I will never go back there. And even when they offer you to pay for the sauce they say it like they want to discourage you from taking it they throw it at you I'm just done ....

Fitty Cents

Awwwwwww.  Come on Coast, give Mr. What a break.  He's probably more than a little embarassed about his comment now that he realizes you were deliberately goofing on the OP's mistake.

So Mr. What,

Is that an admission that my elementary math was correct and yours was incorrect?

Ummmm....yes, I know that .50 is 1/2 and I also know that .50 cents is not the same as $.50..."thank you." lol

I thought Ken missed the "$" sign before the ".50" since no one charges .50 cents for an extra condiment. (especially cheese) Makes a lot more sense with $.50 than .50 cents. Condiments are more in the $.20 - $.50 range.

;)

Sorry, What, but...

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 27, 2011

.50 cents is 1/2 cent x 300 = $1.50. The OP didn't post $.50, but .50 cents...a LOT different.

Look at it as 0.50 cents.

$.50 would have been correct, and 50 cents may have been correct for $300, but not what the OP posted....sorry, but it's easy to miss that one.

Coast is correct

Recheck your math there Mr. what?

The OP said the cost was .50 cents

.50 cents is 1/2 a penny. 300 x .005 = 1.50

Now if the original poster has said the cost was 50 cents, then it would make more sense. Coast was pointing out the improper usage of a decimal point and the word cents. You use either $0.50 or 50 cents to reflect the same amount. $0.50 is not the same thing as .50 cents.

You learn your math, it is elementary.

To first reply..."Elementary Math" (Coast)

AUTHOR: What? - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 27, 2011

Ummm..."Coast (USA)" YOU may need to get YOUR math correct.

You wrote, "If you charge 300 people .50 cents for cheese on a whopper and then they get get home and there is no cheese that's stealing thats $150

That's $1.50 not $150."

Well...if they take from 3 people at $0.50  that's $1.50, NOT $150.

"Elementary Math": 3 x 0.50 = 1.50.
300 x 0.50 = 150.

"Ken" stated it correctly in his post. But then "Ken" decided to listen to your great "math" skills and he replied in the subject, "You're right....it's $1.50."

Anyways, "Coast" if you're going to be sarcastic and state, "Elementary Math" and show us your "great" math skills maybe you should know what you're talking about first.

You're welcome.

burger king

AUTHOR: Danny from NY - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 05, 2011

The burger king that you are talking about is a couple of blocks from my house, however you sound a bit racist if you do not have all the facts. I had stopped by the same burger king twice but never again. I am hispanic and I get the same crappy service even when you talk to them in spanish.

So do what I did go somewhere else, I believe if enough people complain that Burger King will not last long and maybe you get another 7 Eleven.

Go Inside

AUTHOR: mr rik - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, July 04, 2011

When you go inside they cant be slamming windows in your face.  Also this allows you to properly check your order and demand all the condiments you want.

Also you won't overheat your car and you can grab alot of napkins and straws for spite.  You can also "mess up" their bathroom and leave the hot water running.

Musings...

AUTHOR: Striderq - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 04, 2011

1) Whenever I place a special order, I check it before I leave the window.

2) The honey mustard goes with the chicken. The price of the chicken covers the sauce. If you want the sauce any other time there's a charge for it. A lot of restaurants will charge you for an additional dressing or sauce. It's pretty standard practice.

3) Safety policy is to keep the drivethrough window closed if an employee is not dealing with a customer. Sometimes these windows get hard to close due to the dirt and stuff in the tracks. Same thing with my sliding glass doors. I'm not slamming it I'm just closing it.

4) Maybe the reason they hire spanish speaking workers is that's all that applies for jobs there.

None of these things are ripoffs. The closest is the cheese situation. However by your own admission you've had trouble on "multiple occassions" and yet continue to go back there. Check your food before you leave the window, don't special order & put your cheese on at home or deal with the fact that stuff happens. You could take steps to make sure you get what you want but you don't. Quit complaining.

Wait for it, wait for it, wait for it.....

And no, just because I disagree with your complaint, I do not now and have never worked for Burger King. It's just I special order a lot and lwearned early to check.

You're right....it's $1.50

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, July 04, 2011

I doubt the OP will get it, but it would be $1.50.

They're also selling Honey Mustard for .25 cents..I want some.

My former boss bought some cotton cleaning swabs and said to use them sparingly as they cost .05 cents each.

I told him if indeed that was the cost to order me about 500.

He just looked at me as if I'd lost my mind.
