If you have been a victim please make sure to contact your local FBI office. Telemarketing fraud between states is a federal crime. If we do not report it we can never expect legal action to be taken.
Also, be sure to inform your local media stations. Usualy an e-mail based "tip center" can be found on there web site. By all of us acting together not only can we get the word out to others so they do not fall victim but federal agencies are more likely to take action if the media is involved.
