Capitol One ripoff, dishonest fraudulent billing, billing on late charges, continues to bill after settlement, no one to speak to Richmond Virginia

Original bill paid in full. $50.00 yearly charge is billed. Called to request that it be taken off. Will admit husband did not pay $50.00 therefore, finace charges and late charges were added. Called and requested finance and late charges be removed. They were not.

$500.00 later, Still refusal to remove charges. Mind you, no credit card purchase was made. Came to settlement of $350.00. A check was sent immediately. Recieve letter stating of settlement of $350.00 and phone number to reach a customer service that would happy to answer any questions and assist one.

Receive a bill in the mail after settlement and settlement letter, billing for another close $190+. Husband called, then I called the number given in letter for 3 hours, with no option to speak to a customer service representive. Looked up on the internet to see if I could find a different number to call. I did and called that number with the same recordings and options. Both numbers had no option to speak to a customer service person that would happy to help me.

I finally pressed 4 to "reopen account" and spoke with a person. He wasn't going to help me. Spoke with his supervisor a Alex USOU. No Help. Round and round. Nothing nor would he give me a direct number for my husband to call. He kept saying that My husband would have to call. Round and round... give me a number for him to call, he would not give any different number and REFUSED to pass me on to his supervisor or anybody else.
