We took Card Service to Court. With their track records of scammings and fraudulent activities, they were more than scare to show up in court. As a result, we won the court case! The court ordered them to pay all refunds, including Closure/Cancellation/Court/Credit Card terminal monthly fees (i.e., all the fees that we incurred with them). Best of all, all contracts with them and their partners in crime (Ladco, First Data Corp., Credit Card Connection, etc.) were VOIDED and CANCELLED!

Bottom line, folks, take them to court! It's a guarantee win!
Attention business owners! We need to sue them and get this bad apple out of business!

You have made this claim like so many do on other things. But you give no Case#, no dates, and I can't find any information to support your claim to be true. I have been an employee for a year now, and have over 2 million dollars worth of merchants in my Portfolio. There has been only 2 cases in my career that did not get the rates or service I promissed. But guess what happened I not Card Service messed up on the paperwork. Corporate corrected everything for the next billing cycle, and refunded the merchants every penny I cost them. I was Elected by the City Council to sit on the Board of Directors because of all the good I have done for my Merchants. So I am not calling you a lier but could you give FACTS, and Case numbers to support you claim???
