carmax CARMAX FRAUD norcross Georgia

 I purchased a GMC Arcadia for my wife for 27000.00 from carmax.  It had 46 thousand miles and was in great shape.  Prior to us finishing the deal.  They showed me there car fax which showed the suv had been in the shop for what they called normal maintenance.  When our suv reached 53 thousand miles, our transmission went out.  It was 2700.00 for the repair from a local GMC dealer ship.  Which is HAYES in Toccoa,Ga.  They went above and beyond the call of duty for us.  During that time,  I asked if they could run me off a true carfax which they did.  It showed the the car had been in for more then just routine maintenance.  Gears had been replaced in the steering column.  Had issues with the electrical circuit that had been replaced twice. and several other things that was not given to us at the time of purchase.  We have called several times asking the question, how is there car fax so different from ours from GMC.  They will not return our call or anything like that..  sad to say.  I will never reffer or do business with CARMAX ever again.
