I worked for castforce from sept.-nov. 2012. In a month and a half time I had serviced 80 call reports. I live in a very large city that had a tremendous amount off work available. I went to all of the stores and completed all off my assignments. I never reported late and I took all required pictures and downlaoded them and scanned all my signed call reports. I spent $250 in gas for all of the travels.

 It was 3 days before I was due to be paid ($800) and I was all of a sudden denied access to the website and told I was being investagated for fraud and that someone would get back to me later that day. A week later someone got back to me making silly accusations that i used duplicate pictues for more than I store.

So with that said I requested specific info about these duplicate photos/stores.

When I went back and viewed these photos I didnt see anything that would make me think that these photos would be considered duplicate. Anyway I was informed when I signed up at the website to be an IC that there was something that said I they find that you commited fraud which is what they are saying that they are not obligated to pay you for any of your work.

 I find it very convienient for castforce to wait until all of the work was performed for them and then withold payment. I see I am not the only one affected and castforce has a name for frauding people out of there money.  I would love to persue this issue farther so if anyone can instruct me farther about steps to take i would love some additional info. I am just not sure what my options are since i am a IC with them and not a rerg emp. I have already reported them to the Sarasota BBB

They force a constructive dismissal after falsely accusing me of fraud because I have all invoices, pictures, mileage and so forth, so they scammed me out of $4,315.50 and only paid $4,183.00 and then took $4070.00. This was totally unfair and during the holiday season.

A year later and my story is the same!

 I see Thomas from castforce has finally replied a year later. My story is still the same as the day I wrote it you can say if you did the work you would be paid. Well like I stated before I did the work and was never paid and didn't receive anything from castforce but excuses. I don't have any excuses because I did the work. I have a saying when someone wrongs you financially, Obviously castforce must have needed the money more than me so chalk it up to karma. A year later I have a job that I would have never dreamed I would have a year ago with a merchandising company. I am the district manager for them for the state of Texas. I work 60 hours a week and hire and fire. So the only thing I have to say to Thomas and the whole team of castforce is thank you for the $800 worth of karma and shove it.

There are ups and downs with this company period. They are much better than they were last year, so all they can do is make a better improvement, if you didn't do the work then u didn't do the work period!
