Cellular Blowout Does not respond to e-mails/will not answer phones Agoura HIlls California

I ordered 5 items from this company. First they tried to charge me $23.95 in shipping charges, when the website clearly stated 4 or more items were free shipping. I e-mailed them - they did respond and credited the charges; however it took 2 1/2 weeks.

Then 2 days later, I received an e-mail telling me that the headset I ordered is discontinued and what did I want to do. I told them to cancel that and not to charge my credit card. I found out that evening, they had already charged the card the full amount.

I then received an e-mail telling me one of the cases I ordered was discontinued. I received the 2 chargers first. Then 2 weeks later, I received both cases and a headset they substitued. I ordered a $30.00 Plantronics headset and they sent me some cheap generic headset...no where near what the Plantronics set cost....that isn't even on their website, with a note they sent me a substitute. Checking local stores, this headset they sent me is about $10-$12.

I have been e-mailing them since 3-11 asking for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number to return this headset. Their website states not to return items with the RMA # as it may be sent back to me. I have received no replies to my e-mails.

I finally found their phone # last night on the internet. I called it 4 times pushing different options and only get a recording saying they "can't" answer the phone and do not solve customer issues over the phone - to go to their website and e-mail them in their contact space, which I have been doing for almost a month. I found out last night also, that they have a BBB rating of F. After pushing numerous buttons, I had a option to leave a message and needless to say, they got a very nasty message. I completed a BBB Complaint Resolution Form tonight. Do not do business with these people...you will regret it. The chargers are also not as described and are cheaply made, but I needed them so I am keeping them. The cases are okay, but mine has a big red smudge on the front of it that won't come off - again I needed the case to protect the phone so I am keeping that also. The only reason I ordered from Cellular Blowout rather than my normal company I order on line accessories from is that they had the cases we wanted. Their items are cheap and look used. Again, do not do buisness with this company. Hopefully, if enough people complain, they'll go out of business which is exactly where they should be!!!!
