T-Mobile Liars Deceitful Rip-off Overcharges Rude Bellevue Washington

I cancelled my service with this company after having numerous problems with the company. From the time my ex and I split and we separated accounts, they wanted to charge me for both accounts an Early Termination Fee to deactivate our service with them.

So, we kept our phones but just put them on individual plans where we were responsible for our own bills. After a bunch of hassles I was getting, harassing phone calls, and much more from my ex... I called to report it to T-Mobile. Every time I got a new number, I had the same problem over and over. I wondered how my ex was getting my number.

It got to the point that I could not take it any more, so I cancelled my service with them and finally switched companies. I was told by one of the ladies on the CEO line that she would make sure that if the problem continued that I could get in touch with her and that she would make sure to have my account cancelled and that there would be no early termination fees.

Well, I called the company back up and asked to speak to that lady because T-Mobile was trying to charge me the termination fee. The guy I spoke with who was a supervisor refused to resolve the situation and told me that there was nothing that could be done.

I wrote the better business bureau about the matter at hand and after a period of waiting, I received an e-mail from that same lady who took care of me before who stated she would remove the early termination fees. She lied to me and told me that she never said any such thing to me.

So, now they sent my bill to some lawyers office in New York City to handle this matter, they screwed with my Credit History and made me look bad now and now that stupid company has my new phone number and I keep receiving harassing phone calls from their attorney's office. I am sick and tired of their crap.

Is anyone else out there having this same problem from them?
