On Jan 28, 2013 16:29:53 PST I received an unlock code from Cellunlocker.net for my T-mobile Galaxy Note 2, I paid 25$ for it and within the hour I got them e-mail containing it. I read all the instructions, I did everything it told me to do, the unlock code would not work. The e-mail kept saying to try step 1, or step 5 etc, etc if it was not working, I did all of them at lease 10 times each, I needed my phone unlocked ASAP. Nothing worked, I e-mailed them, they responded the next day telling me to do the steps in the e-mail, I e-mailed them back and told them i have already many times, it isn't working. They e-mailed me again, this time telling me to do more steps. I did those, still, nothing. I e-mailed them again, this time it took awhile to get the email back, this time, they said to check my IMEI numver that sometime people mess them up when sending them to Cellunlocker.net and that could be my problems, knowing i didn't mess up, I looked anyways, it was correct. I e-mailed them back and told them it was correct and attached a screen shot of it to prove that and another screen shot showing the phone denying the code. They wrote me back and said that I was correct, the code would not work for my phone because T-mobile recently updated their service which blocks the unlock code, they said they would be happy to refund me but due to policy they ask that I make a video showing that the code doesn't work. Fine, I made the video, i uploaded it to the website they asked me to.

A few days letter I get another email saying that my IMEI was infact wrong they saw it on the video I uploaded and that I gave them the wrong IMEI and that is why it is not working and if i want to try again, I could buy another unlock code from them for 20$. I was in shock, I then checked my IMEI AGAIN, looked on order email they sent me and looked on my video, all the numbers were correct and not the number they said I gave them. After providing them with all the proof of that and information, they email me again saying sorry that I was right, it was correct.  They told me to do the steps over again. Finally I had, had it. I told them I will gladly do the steps again, but I want a refund. They already said it wasn't going to work due to T-mobile's update and they would gladly refund me after I made the video. They emailed me back to that saying, I had to make another video..I lost it by now and told them I was done getting the run around, i was NOT making another video and I want my money back NOW.
They ignored my emailed for a week or so then I got their last one saying something along the lines of "we are so happy you are satisfied with your unlock code, please leave us 5 stars on these review websites" then listed was 5 review sites, I was so mad at this point I was like "Yeah, i will review you" So i went and signed up for each site and wrote a huge review on them giving me the run around and ripping me off.

Today, 02/14/2013 I get an e-mail from one of the places I wrote a review to, they said (this is quoted from the e-mail)
"I have received contact from a representative of Cell Unlocker, www.cellunlocker.net regarding your review. I have included a copy of the review you have written for your reference - (included below).
They have expressed their concerns regarding the review content and so we have temporarily withdrawn your review from www.reviewcentre.com while we ask you to confirm your position on the matter."
The email then goes on saying if my review is true and I want to leave it posted I have to provide proof I was a customer of Cellunlocker.net.
I emailed the review website and told them, "yes, I stand by every word, they ripped me off and i want to help others, please let me know what i have to send you and i will gladly do so."
A hour or so later they write me and tell me I have to send them a copy of the receipt, so i did.

I will update what happens after this..as this just happened today with the review people and Cellunlocker.net trying to pull my reviews.

Please be careful with this website or better yet, do not use it at all.
