From our past experience in ordering high-speed internet service from CenturyLink we believed we were victims of their bait and switch. So to prove this to ourselves on 4-12-13 we ordered new high-speed internet service for our home phone line from CenturyLink.

The bait price quoted to us was $14.95 monthly for the 1st 6 months. The actual bill price is $44.99 monthly.

Please listen and let me tell you their problem...their billing department will not accept or recognise their sales departments quotes.
