Ordered 3 cartons by e-check 8-3-10;money was withdrawn 8-6;I have emailed twice and theynow say they were sent 8-19; i tried calling today-all day---618-912-4165---no answer---area code is in Illinois but I think its just fake number.... currently reporting to bank.......my customer service name was heather lyons-fake I am sure

Today is my first in seeing this site[actually while googling cheapsmokes].Am sending them an e-mail to let them know that 1/2 my order was received today.For anyone concerned,I have been a customer of cheapsmokes for approx.8 yrs.Yes,there have been problems of delivery,as the product must go through customs,and then the postal service.Seems a lot of product gets waylaid.In my experience c/s has been most gracious and accomodating,and has always sent replacements for what has not been received.Patience is needed,because u.s. customs and u.s.p.s. [lose some?]are delayed more than ever.They are a great savings company.
