Placed order 3/28/11 totaling 103.93.

Cleared my Band on 3/31/11 and I have not yet received order or a refund.

Many emails back and forth and no resolution.

Heather Lyons (Company customer care) says a refund was issued but it clearly was not.

She refers to another order at there other company, Payless Smokes that was refunded.

Their only resolution is to ignore me!

This customer is an outright liar. She was informed she would be refunded on 4 July 2011, and that it would take 5 to 7 working days to credit to her account. Yet she files this report when the refund is still processing. She received her money back in the time stated.
