First, let me state that I now know that it is illegal to order cigarettes over the internet. However, these sites will tell you that it is legal.
I placed an order with Cheap-smokes.biz in Feburary 2011. The price for the products and "insurance", was $193.00. As of today,Sept.3 2011, I have not received the products nor a refund as promised. We all know the dangers of smoking but there are some of us that still do. To anyone that wants to buy cheaper over the internet, it might not be worth the risk. It wasn't for me.

We contacted this customer many times in regards to compensation for his missing good, however, we received no response from him.
Only recently has communication been successful, and his goods are being reshipped to him at our expense.
