CIC Credit Monitoring Lesson in distrust Orange California

I originally signed up for this service to get a free credit report. Like everyone else I did not get the free report. So I cancelled my account. Then about a month later they charged me for "services rendered". I called citing me cancellation notice, I did get my $79.95 back. But with all this happening they also caused $85.50 in overdraft charges.

At this moment I am on the phone trying to recoup my costs but they keep saying that I haven't sent anything in or they "haven't recieved it". So lets recap in total they have cost me over $160; I'm a school student moving along to college and cannot afford this annoyance. Good thing I've taken a Business Law class and am the 2nd place in Wisconsin FBLA for Business Law.
